I don't know why everyone is shying away from CA identification, but I think it looks like a typical CA flame.

It looks more CA than anyone else's that I can think of. So of course that eliminates CA right off the bat! But here is why I think it is...

Bob, I'll chime in and admit I don't know who made it but I will tell you it is gorgeous. I love emerald or "royal", if you will, green and that one just grabs me. Nice one!

O.K...........I've been looking at this FLAME ever since
you posted it.
I see a " HEAVIER" glass........nice and "SYRUPPY"
This and the seam make me lean towards CAC.
All the ALLEY flames I have....have a slicker surface
and the depth of the "fingers" don't penetrate the
base glass that much.
