In the last year or so, people have been sending me Marble Show flyers to post that are in what seems like an infinite variety of software formats. Please note that I can only post "as is" flyers if they are in a picture format such as jpg. I have to upload it to a picture host and post it just like any other picture. On some of the more complex flyers that are not jpgs, I can't even copy portions of the text and paste into a post. The board's software does not recognize the formatting. Some of you are already aware of this problem because we've gone back and forth with e-mail trying to get it right. Here's what I would suggest for future submissions.
1) Send a flyer in jpg format. If you have a scanner that saves files as jpgs, you may be able to take a flyer you've created in other software and save it as a jpg.
2) If you can't get a flyer into jpg format, then simply start a new thread and type in the show information. I can then copy the information from your thread and paste it into the permanent show thread.
3) If you're a lurker and don't want to start a thread, simply type the show info into an e-mail to me and I can copy and paste it into a thread.
